Nozzle Capping Technology
KGK Jet Continuous Inkjet Printers use their own Patented Nozzle capping technology to cap the ink nozzle if batch coding printer is not in use. This prevents ink and solvent getting exposed to external environment. Dried and contaminated fluids can cause print nozzle blocking on the MRP Printing Machine. This technology avoids loss of ink & solvent as well as of production & consistent ink viscosity is maintained with faster stop/start to deliver most economical batch coding.

Scheduler: Unique timed Auto Start & Stop Feature
Designed to start the Batch Coding Machine immediately even if Batch Coding machine is not operated for very long time. The customer just needs to keep the power supply ON for the KGK Jet Industrial Inkjet Printer. As per set schedule time, machine will start automatically and calibrate parameters like fluid viscosity & ink delivery systems. No service engineer visit is required resulting in longer up time for the PVC Pipe Coding Machine.
Stable batch coding even in humid and dusty environment
Our print-head is designed (P-type) for high-speed & legible bar coding, and is equipped with Fluorine coated nozzle, to protect print-head from contamination. Positive air pressure inside the print-head of the continuous inkjet printer, keeps dust and humidity out, resulting in zero contamination of head and ink of the batch coding machine. Operators need not clean print-head before every start & stop of our Printers.

Piezoelectric Technology
KGK's drop On Demand Printer (DOD printer) works on the piezoelectric technology and can print character height ranging from 1 mm to 130 mm using a single head and a height of 520 mm with 4 heads stitched together. Commonly called a carton box printer, corrugated box printer or large character inkjet printer, the KGK DOD printer is an industry leader in this segment. Our parent company KGK Jet Japan enjoys 80% market share in the DOD printer segment in Japan.
High Resolution in Print
The main advantage of a KGK DOD printer is the high resolution and clarity in printwith 600 DPI. The KGK Jet software lets the Drop On Demand Printer to direct the head to release droplets only on demand. Use of the high precision micro-processing technology developed inhouse by KGK Jet enable printers to create extremely fine droplet sizes. Ink
Traditional water-based ink often causes unsatisfactory print quality when printer resumes printing even after pausing for a few minutes. This results in production and ink loss. KGK's in-house Ink Development innovates to create unique inks in response to various needs of the market. Customers can choose from a wide variety of carton box printer inks (Oil based inks) which do not block the nozzle and thus achieve high-resolution prints from the first print to the last run.

Our DOD printer is ideal for printing on porous materials such as secondary and tertiarycartons. The use of piezo drop on demand printer technology helps achieve high-quality printing of up to 600 DPI and can find ideal use as a large character inkjet printer. Consistent Marking Quality

Printing Porous Material
KGk JET CIJ printers print on both Porous & Non-Porous Material. In porous materials, the ink smudges directly into the substrate and hence, they do not need a quick-drying solution. However, challenges here include irregular use and emphasis on printhead readability. Even after prolonged ideal time, the first print is expected to be good. For this reason, low-maintenance, reliable inks are formulated by R&D team so that customers in this area get the best print right from the first run.

Printing Non-Porous Material
Methyl Ethyl Ketone based inks are recommended for non-porous surface applications as they offer higher levels of flexibility and better adhesion. MEK-based inks are suitable for both CIJ and DoD technology and are also UV protected. They are quick to dry and can be used for high-speed applications including in beverage plants, among others.
